Christ In Action Assessment Team Arrives in the Outer Banks, NC

August 29, 2011 - 1:15AM EST - The Christ In Action Assessment Team has arrived safely in the Outer Banks, NC.  In the morning we will be meeting with Emergency Management officials and assessing damages from Hurricane Irene.  The trip from Greensboro took us through areas with and without power, flooding and downed trees.  Access is still restricted to Kitty Hawk and Duck, NC.
